Our products come from the French terroir, yet the spirit of the menu remains resolutely Asian. In our commitment to blending French gastronomic know-how with Asian flavors, our approach first and foremost involves a cuisine that is sensitive to the living. We exclusively work with raw, whole products, valuing every part through various transformations.
